Spring Valley High School coach Bo Miller is the Mountain State Athletic Conference girls basketball coach of the year. Miller led the Timberwolves to a 23-2 record, an undefeated mark in league play, and the Class AAAA state championship. Spring Valley went 21-0 against in-state competition.

Spring ValleyƵs Allie Daniels and Sophi Hutchison were named to the first team. St. AlbansƵ Jaycee Elzy was tabbed player of the year after averaging 19.9 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. They were joined on the team by Huntington HighƵs LaLa Sloan, HurricaneƵs Alex Anderson, George WashingtonƵs Rayana Breckinridge and Jeriyah Pryor, St. AlbansƵ Samiyah Riggan and CapitalƵs Nunu Pannell.
The second unit features Spring ValleyƵs Brooklyn Ellis, Cabell MidlandƵs Sophie Kelly, HurricaneƵs Kendall Anderson, St. AlbansƵ Triniti Austin-Russell, GWƵs Nasiyah Smith and ParkersburgƵs Frances Guice, Kennedy Porter and Laura Flanagan.
Earning special mention was Ella Giles of Spring Valley, Jahmaeyah Harris of Huntington High, Gracie Day and Braylan McGuire of Cabell Midland, Taylor Reed of St. Albans, Laila Campbell of Riverside, Audrianna Medina of Parkersburg, Kamari Johnson of Capital, Lauren Brisco-Lambert of South Charleston, and Lauren White, Kate Dempsey and Brooklyn Jones of Hurricane.
Honorable-mention selections were Dria Parker and Lucy Jackson of Spring Valley, Emma Smith and Faith Thompson of Cabell Midland, Liz Bohren and Samiyah Cunningham of Huntington High, Gabby Quijano of Hurricane, Jaelyn Vance of St. Albans, Cianna Groom and Kiauna Banks of Riverside and Nyhanni Watson and Jada Satterfield of South Charleston.
