Cameron Davis, Dylan Duckwyler, Braxton Jennings and Mason Wolfe caught a touchdown pass apiece. Jennings also ran for a score.
Duckwyler recovered a fumble, as did Sam Lyons and Ben Prichard. òòò½ÊÓÆµhland held the Thorobreds to 43 total yards.
Karsyn Sumpton ran for a touchdown for Harrison County (4-7).
òòò½ÊÓÆµhland moves to the second round at 7 p.m. Friday at home vs. Mason County (8-3).
CINCINNATI COUNTRY DAY 56, ROCK HILL 20: Lee Thomas carried 23 times for 242 yards and three touchdowns as the host Nighthawks (11-1) defeated the Redmen (8-4) in a Division VI, Region 24 second round playoff game.
Elijah Guttman completed 11 of 15 passes for 102 yards and a trio of scores with one interception. Country Day also intercepted three passes.
For Rock Hill, Anthony Stamper ran 22 times for 123 yards and a touchdown.
The Redmen trailed 14-7 early but the Nighthawks pulled away for a 28-7 halftime advantage.
COVINGTON CATHOLIC 42, BOYD COUNTY 14: Dylan Gaiser ran for 245 yards and four touchdowns on merely nine carries as the host Colonels (9-2) beat the Lions (5-6) in a Class 4A playoff opener.
Cash Harney was 7 for 9 passing for 11 yards and one score. Andrew Bessler intercepted two passes, returning one for a touchdown.
For Boyd County Rhett Holbrook completed 16 of 23 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions.
LEXINGTON SAYRE 63, FAIRVIEW 0: Brock Coffman caught three passes for 65 yards and a pair of touchdowns as the host Spartans (11-0) shut out the Eagles in the first round of the Class 1A playoffs.
Luke Pennington hit on 6 of 7 passes for 116 yards and four touchdowns.
Sayre entertains Paris (7-4) at 7 p.m. Friday.
RUSSELL 55, PENDLETON COUNTY 7: The homestanding Red Devils (8-3) walloped the Wildcats (2-9) in a Class 3A playoff contest at Henry R. Evans Field.
Elijah Hankins threw for 143 yards and three touchdowns on 6 for 8 passing. Jayden Frasure carried six times for 103 yards and one TD.

RACELAND 70, BEREA 7: Six different ball carriers scored touchdowns as the Rams (7-4) blew out the visiting Pirates (0-11) in a Class 1A playoff opener.
Preston Coldiron, Landon Bloss, Cameron Brewer, Ayden Cooper, Jackson King and Sean Short ran for scores. Jacob Wallker was 9 of 11 in the air with three touchdowns.
Berea gained just 45 yards, minus-5 rushing.
Raceland plays host to Eminence (6-4) at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the second round.
MASON COUNTY 59, GREENUP COUNTY 21: The Royals passed for 238 yards and rushed for 210 in a Class 4A triumph over the Musketeers (8-3) in Maysville, Kentucky.
Teegin Rout connected on 8 of 13 passes for 238 yards and three touchdowns. Joey Staggs ran for 126 yards and two TDs on 12 carries. Mason County picked off three passes.
Tyson Sammons was 16 of 29 for 173 passing yards and rushed 17 times for 118 yards.
EASTERN PIKE 41, SOUTH GALLIA 6: The Eagles (12-0) rolled by the Rebels (7-5) in a Division VII, Region 27 playoff game in Beaver, Ohio.
Eastern beat South Gallia for the second time this season, winning 13-12 Oct. 18.
POINT PLEASANT 55, WINFIELD 34: The host Big Blacks (4-5) overcame a 14-0 deficit to defeat the Generals.
Reece Hunt returned an interception 36 yards for a touchdown to give Point Pleasant a 21-20 lead it never relinquished.
Hunt rushed seven times for 141 yards. Easton Pinkerton ran 21 times for 199 yards for Winfield (4-6).
LAWRENCE COUNTY 48, CLAY COUNTY 7: Luke Fetherholf completed 16 of 20 passes for 255 yards and three touchdowns as the Bulldogs (8-3) beat the Tigers (6-5) in a Class 3A playoff contest in Louisa, Kentucky.
Caden Johnson ran for 103 yards and one touchdown on five carries. Lawrence County intercepted three passes.
The Bulldogs visit Bell County (10-1) at 7 p.m. Friday in round two.
