Letter titled ƵToo many plastics in the environmentƵ should sound alarm bells for everyone. It proclaims that weƵre literally drinking unseen plastics. Consumer Reports agrees with letter writer.

In February 2025 article in Nature Medicine reported on ƵBioaccumulation of microplastics in decedent human brains.Ƶ Polyethylene was most prevalent plastic present in human brain. A 50% increase in plastic content occurred since 2016. It also found seven times more plastic in brain than kidneys and liver. Nanoplastics got through blood barrier usually protecting brain.
