Meaningful election-forecasting polls must do three things: use unambiguous survey questions; interview representative cross-section of voting citizens; acquire adequate number of interviews.

Questions and voter cross-section sampling dictates polling accuracy. Number of interviews determines variability or precision of poll, not its accuracy.
