Oil is the lifeblood of many countries, including America. Oil is wealth and power, and the more oil one has allows the purchase of more things America needs. When Mr. Joe Biden took office he ignored simple economics and crippled our oil production, then emptied our reserve supply, which he sold to our enemies. At the same time he weakened the American militaryƵs ability to project our military strength around the globe by choosing sides in other countriesƵ wars with each other; witness Iraq-Iran and Russia-Ukraine.
Iran is no backward, uneducated country that happens to control both billions of barrels of oil production and who that oil will be sold to. With that immense wealth, it has modernized its military weapons and tactics while American weapons are given away to protect ƵfreedomƵ abroad. It is entirely possible that Iran now has a stockpile of nuclear weapons, as money is not an issue.
For America, the real problem now is survival of our country. Solar and wind power protects no one. We are no longer the worldƵs savior, and no American president can turn back time. Have you noticed our friends in Saudi Arabia are now aligned with IranƵs plan to circumvent any production of oil not approved by Iran or they will face a total destruction of Saudi oil fields by Iran? Simply put, our previous supply of oil from Saudi Arabia is essentially gone. In the near future, Iran may demonstrate to the free world that the oil spigot can be turned down to a trickle.
For me, I have revised my opinion that the Chinese Communist Party is our greatest threat. That baton is now passed to Iran.
