FORT GAY Ƶ The Fort Gay mayor, town council members, municipal judge and recorder who were elected in the townƵs general election last month were sworn in on Monday during a ceremony at town hall.

During the ceremony, Trey Morrone, counsel to the town, swore in new Mayor Robert ƵBobƵ Sword; new Town Council member Wilts Salmons; returning Town Council members Greg Cavins, Jamie Frasher, Payton Rowe and Bobby Daniels; returning Municipal Judge Larry Britt; and returning Recorder Wade T. Cyrus.
