Grittòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s Farm is serving up a southern-style summer evening with its annual Low Country Boil on Saturday, July 12. Guests can reserve a dining time between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for an evening of fresh food, live music, lawn games and scenic views.
A low country boil is a traditional Southern dish, especially popular in the coastal regions of South Carolina and Georgia. Itòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s a one-pot seafood feast typically made by boiling the ingredients together.
Tickets are $75 per person and sold as 2-, 4-, or 6-person tables. The menu features garlic parmesan and Old Bay fries, a seafood boil with shrimp, snow crab, mussels, sausage, farm-fresh corn, and red potatoes, and a strawberry cider float dessert topped with a cake donut. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included. (Note that shellfish allergies cannot be accommodated for this event.)
When ordering tickets, diners will select a boil time. This will be the start time of their dinner service. Grittòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s recommends arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time on the ticket. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they like after dinner.
