CHARLESTON òòò½ÊÓÆµ” Paramount Builders LLC, of St. Albans, West Virginia, on Wednesday was awarded the contract to build a new classroom building and a hangar for Marshall Universityòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s Bill Noe Flight School at Yeager Airport following a vote by the Charleston airportòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s governing board.

Paramountòòò½ÊÓÆµ™s $6.79 million bid proved to be the lowest from a field of six qualified contractors, whose bids were all within about $500,000 of the winning bid, according to Yeager Construction Committee Chairman Allen Tackett.
