PORTSMOUTH, Ohio òòò½ÊÓÆµ” The Portsmouth Police Department is looking for witnesses to a fatal crash that occurred Tuesday near the intersection of Gallia Street and Winchester Avenue.
The driver of a black 2014 Toyota Corolla, Joshua Lambert, 28, of Portsmouth, was pronounced dead at the scene. The single-vehicle crash occurred on Gallia Street at the Ohio 335 off ramp around noon Tuesday.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing, and the Ohio Highway State Patrol is assisting. Those with information about the incident are asked to contact the Portsmouth Police Department at 740-353-4101.
