HUNTINGTON òòò½ÊÓÆµ” West Virginia middle and high school students can receive a free sports physical from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at the Douglass Centre across from the A.D. Lewis Community Center.
The centre is at 1448 10th Ave., Suite 100, and the physicals are provided in part by Marshall Family Medicine and Ebenezer Medical Outreach, according to a Facebook post from Cabell County Schools.
The sports physicals are part of a student passion project by Tristan Hornbuckle and Tayveon Wilson at Huntington High School.

School-based clinics through Valley Health are also open for students in Cabell County schools all summer.
Sports physicals, seventh and 12th grade immunizations, Well-Child visits and sick visits will be available for walk-ins at Cabell Midland and Huntington high schools.
Cabell Midland is open to the public on Tuesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Huntington High is open to the public Wednesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
