MILWAUKEE, Wis. òòò½ÊÓƵ” Gov. Jim Justice, who is also running for U.S. Senate as the GOP nominee, took the stage at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday night along with Babydog who sat by his side, offering up some predictions for the November general election.
This time Babydog didn't pick the winning team for the Super Bowl, but according to the governor, she predicts Republicans will:
Retain the majority in the House of Representatives
Flip the U.S. Senate from a Democratic to Republican majority
"Overwhelmingly we're going to elect Donald J. Trump and JD Vance in November," Justice said.
Along with Babydog's latest predictions, Justice also talked about his friendship with Trump, as well as with his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
"Now let's review," Justice said. "Donald J. Trump, my friend òòò½ÊÓƵ” my close friend òòò½ÊÓƵ” he's tough, he's super smart, he's a business guy, he loves America, he taught his kids the right values and he's a hard worker. Sure sounds like a leader to me. Sure sounds like a president to me.
"Then ask yourself, why does Donald Trump fight everyday for us and continue to take this senseless persecution? Why? And I know the answer. Because we're worth it."
The governor closed his remarks with Babydog's predictions, saying, "And Babydog says, what is the reason that she knows why we're going to win? And the answer is one thing. Because we're worth it."
According to the Justice campaign, First Lady Cathy Justice also traveled to the RNC with her husband and Babydog.
