HUNTINGTON Ƶ Residents and local faith leaders gathered at the A.D. Lewis Community Center on Saturday for the annual ƵDay of HopeƵ prayer and memorial service for four local teens who were killed May 22, 2005.
This Thursday will mark the 20th anniversary of the deaths of Eddrick Clark, 18, of South Point, Ohio; Michael Dillon, 17, of Huntington; Megan Posten, 16, of Barboursville; and Donté Ward, 19, of Huntington.
The teens were killed in a shooting along Charleston Avenue, and each year since, the Neighboring Initiative Charitable Trust (NICT), a faith-based community organization, has organized and sponsored the event.
