Crime associated with drugs must be stopped. òòò½ÊÓÆµ Magistrate, I am committed to strong enforcement of all state laws to protect the public and their property. Iòòò½ÊÓÆµ™m committed to a fair, firm and equitable judicial system. Now more than ever, we need to elect judges who have integrity, who are honest and fair. These are the values I have always upheld in both my professional career and personal family life.

1. What traits set you apart from the field of candidates and qualify you to be a magistrate?
With over 20 years combined experience in law enforcement as a Huntington Police Officer and Homeland Security Federal Contract Security Officer, and 20 years business experience as the owner/operator of my own business, Iòòò½ÊÓÆµ™m uniquely qualified to handle the criminal and civil cases required of our Magistrate Judges. I bring the trifecta of law enforcement, administrative and supervisory experience.
2. What kind of experience do you have with law enforcement or the law profession?
Iòòò½ÊÓÆµ™ve proudly served as a Huntington Police Officer and currently provide Homeland Security as Contract Security at Federal Buildings located in Huntington. Combined I have over 20 years of law enforcement experience. My undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice from Marshall University.
3. How would you make the officer more efficient?
I want to work with the judicial officers to review and evaluate docket scheduling of court hearings to reduce the continuance of cases, adjudicate in a timely fashion and expedite the legal process. This will ensure a more speedy trial, overall more safety for all and less waste of time and money.
