PROCTORVILLE Ƶ The Proctorville VFW Post 6878 has awarded its 2024 PatriotƵs Pen and Voice of Democracy Scholarship winners.
Winners from Fairland Middle School are Emily Elkins and Amelia Hall.
Winners from Fairland High School are Molly Dunlap and Emmerson Brown.
Middle school students wrote essays about their voice in AmericaƵs democracy, while high school students recorded audio essays about the question: Is America today our forefathersƵ vision?
