HUNTINGTON Ƶ A new endowment fund was established in honor of Mary Witten Wiseman, who retired after over three decades of service to the Foundation for the Tri-State, the organization announced last week.
This endowment, according to a news release, was created to celebrate WisemanƵs lasting impact and will support the community for generations to come.

During her tenure, Wiseman played a pivotal role in advancing the FoundationƵs mission across the Tri-State region. Under her leadership, the Foundation experienced remarkable growth, while funding countless projects that have improved the region, the release states.
The Mary Witten Wiseman Endowment will provide a source of sustainable funding for the Tri-State area.

The Foundation for the Tri-State Community Inc. is a 501(c)(3) community foundation located with offices in Huntington and Ƶhland, Kentucky. The FoundationƵs mission is to improve the quality of life in the Tri-State area by encouraging, raising, administering and distributing gifts for charitable, cultural, educational and scientific purposes, the release states.
